Risk Management

This primarily involves the valuation of receivables portfolios. Forecasts are prepared and mathematical-statistical analyses are used to calculate what can be extracted from specific portfolios and what they are worth.

Business Analytics

Our Data Insights team forms the core of our data-driven company. This is where we develop new solutions together with our colleagues from the specialist departments, which we implement in our core systems. We combine our affinity for data and software development with a high degree of creativity - this is the only way to achieve our solutions.

Data Science

Data Science is essentially about developing and implementing data models and finding and optimizing weak points in current collection processes. We follow the "best-next-action" approach, which defines the sequence of activities in the direction of debtors. Here, experience-based data is included and processed in the models. Close cooperation with our colleagues in IT is essential for this.

Our Drive: Data Driven Decisions

A project that has very great strategic importance for EOS: Data Driven Decisions. We are laying the foundation for the future design of operational processes in receivables management.

Because we are proving that data-driven and individualized collection control is superior to classic process control. To achieve this, our specialists from various business units are working closely together.

Data scientists developed the forecasting models. These models were implemented in the existing architecture together with the team leaders of the collection processing, the specialists for the design of processes and our IT.

Our analysts and developers in the data warehouse environment also make an important contribution, as they provide the data basis for the modeling and various interfaces.
